The upcoming LSM Level 1 Workshop will be held Thursday, August 26, 2010 in Indianapolis, IN from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.  Travel will be Wednesday, August 25 returning on Thursday evening August 26th (after the workshop).

Registration closes on Tuesday, August 19!!!!!!!!

When registering you will need to provide the following information…

·         Name on Drivers License

·         Participants Job title (LSM, SM, KM, ASM, AKM, MP, etc.)

·         Participant’s cell phone number

·         Participant’s personal email address

·         Travel (drive/airport)

If flying – what airport should you travel from and return to?

·         Home store

·         Home store’s number (i.e. Clarksville is number 1)

Before going on the Event Registration Website you should have all of the information ready.  All fields are required and the information cannot be saved to come back and complete at another time.  Please make sure you register using a current email address because all the details about the workshop will be communicated to this address.
